these 3.5mm ends appeared to be gold-plated in the images, but they are not. just regular nickel plate metal. I was disappointed by this a great deal as the climate and applications i will be using them for will cause them to corrode quickly compared gold plated versions.

For my Radio Control Airplane Hobby, I needed a short cable to connect my Specktrum Dx9 transmitter to a bluetooth transmitter that I attached to the back. This enables me to send the audio output of the Specktrum transmitter to a bluetooth transmitter, that then sends the audio signal to the bluetooth receiver that re-transmits the audio to my Signia hearing aids. I needed a short cable for this short run so that as I hand hold the Spectrum Dx9 Transmitter, I don't get tangled on the audio cable.
