This specialized 6G-SDI (Serial Digital Interface) standards to support 6 Gbps, and maximum resolutions to 4Kx2K (2160P30 YUV 4:2:2) at 30Hz. Higher resolutions MAY be possible with suitable hardware compression using your equipment. The 6G-SDI standard is 100% backward compatible with the SD-SDI, ED-SDI, HD-SDI, and 3G-SDI specifications (SMPTE 259M, 344M, 292M, 373M, 424M, and the 6G-SDI standard of SMPTE ST-2081), but supports the faster 6Gbps speed needed for tomorrows 4Kx2K video/audio applications. Using 6G-SDI cabling instead of HD-SDI, or 3G-SDI provides the future-proofing you need!

UL Standards Met:
UL1655: Standard that outlines the requirements for the safety of coaxial and coaxial/optical-fiber cables, including their construction, testing, and marking. It applies to both single and multiple cables
UL13: This is one type of mark that is given to cables that meet the UL 13 "Power-limited Circuit" standard, which is designed to test the safety of cables when they are installed in buildings. There are other similar marks in the UL 13 standard for different kinds of installation, and CL2 indicates general use
UL444: Signals industry stakeholders that a product has undergone comprehensive evaluation and meets the rigorous safety standards outlined in UL 444, Standard for Safety of Communications Cables, which is a binational consensus standard for the U.S. and Canada
