"I ordered the product (desktop grommets) on Wed. morning (March 1); delivery was set for Saturday (March 4). I received the order on Friday morning (March 3). The product was simple, but hard to find, due to its size. My searches at the local Lowe's stores (several) and Home Depot (1 store) took 3 days to determine that the store computers, Internet websites, and local personnel did not know if the product was available anywhere OR if it even existed, despite the online catalog for Home Depot.
