When I plugged the male headphones into the female (purchased product) it did not set well. The headphones did not work at all at first. After some jiggling I got some sound with intermittent static and then silence. Very annoying. That is the current condition as well. If I use it, I have to hold the connection "just so" for sound. So, love the company but I wish the part worked better. I will shop here again (bookmarked).
