Also the two ends that accept a VGA end that has screws to tighten down do not work because they too have screws where there should be holes to accept the other ends screws to tighten, essentially not being able to "lock" together."

The snagging ripped the bag the cable was in. Maybe the mailing label should be placed higher on the package to prevent a cable from getting snagged."
