"My only gripe is that I received an order confirmation email, but not a shipped/tracking email as stated, so I did not know my purchase shipped until it was in my mailbox. It did however arrive in a timely fashion."

"Not Apple brand, but works fine after 1 week of use. The plug is compact like Applf cables, but the cable is a bit stiffer and likes to keep its coil. Item processed faster than was expected. It was out of stock. I was given an expected date and it was shipped days sooner. Shipping made it here a business day earlier than tracking projected."

"The ordering process, delivery options and quick delivery were all excellent. The product appeared to have excellent potential but the installation directions were vague and the product design has inherent problems. I would not recommend this product for mounting a small 24 inch display. Had to make major modifications to mounting plate. Also, single bolt attachment from ceiling mount causes arm to lean."

"My experience with this company was UNBELIEVABLE. Fast and efficient. Can't say enough about how pleased I was with the service. When I plugged the male headphones into the female (purchased product) it did not set well. The headphones did not work at all at first. After some jiggling I got some sound with intermittent static and then silence. Very annoying. That is the current condition as well. If I use it, I have to hold the connection "just so" for sound. So, love the company but I wish the part worked better. I will shop here again (bookmarked). I think it would be unfair to judge this company on a single product when everything else was so awesome."
