Response: Unfortunately, the product weighs 2.5lbs and you selected a USPS AIR SHIPPING service (Priority Mail). We would LOVE to ship TV mounts cheaper, but unfortunately there is not a cheaper option for heavy, bulky products.

"The product works ok, There is a dimming effect on the screen brightness when plugging in and using. Also the two ends that accept a VGA end that has screws to tighten down do not work because they too have screws where there should be holes to accept the other ends screws to tighten, essentially not being able to "lock" together."

"Post Office, unfortunately, snagged the package as it was processed. Then, someone attached a label indicating that's how they received it; yet, left no name or location. The snagging ripped the bag the cable was in. Maybe the mailing label should be placed higher on the package to prevent a cable from getting snagged."
