"Overall, it seems to me that doing business with mycablemart.com has become noticeably more difficult. For me, the issues are finding the products I need/want and shipping cost avoidance. I do not understand many of the technological abbreviations used in the product descriptions, so finding the cables I need is often difficult. An "Understanding Product Descriptions" tutorial would be a welcome addition to the website. With regard to shipping costs; (1) they are outrageously high and (2) I have not submitted 2 or 3 orders recently because some of the products I very much needed...and they were very light in weight as well as small...because an item in the order, for whatever reason did not qualify for free shipping and thereby caused the entire order not to qualify. These orders were placed elsewhere with firms that offered similar quality products with less expensive shipping costs (or none at all) although I would have preferred purchasing them from my cablemart.com. I have, however, stopped buying from mycablemart.com if I run into shipping cost avoidance issues which involve a choice between buying an item(s) I don't really need or want to reach the $100 free shipping threshold or not buying anything at all. I understand that wall mounting brackets, etc., are often heavy and expensive to ship, but many other items that incur shipping costs for an entire order whenever they are ordered are not heavy or expensive to ship and should not be treated as such and I will find another source...or sources...to fill my needs before I pay shipping costs on any products I need."

"My Hobby is Retro Computing - specifically the Commodore Amiga which were the all in one computers of the 80's & 90's. To expand it to use a cdrom drive a cable is required to pass from the internal IDE port of the Amiga to the external CDRom drive. All that is usually available are internal IDE ribbon cables, which to put it kindly is ugly. The cable is perfect. It is well constructed, and looks like an external cable."

"I am very happy with this above mantel TV mount. It works very nicely to raise and lower the TV. I should have better anticipated what would and wouldn’t show when the TV is in various positions. The dimensions given on how high to mount the TV above the mantel based on mantel depth are very generous. I could have mounted it lower and that would help to cover wires, etc, that are behind the TV. I am planning to lower the mount for that reason. Still the product and operation are great."
