Response: We have contacted the USPS to determine why the package was delivered in such poor condition.
"I have pic's of the way it got to me, torn and looks to have been stuffed into something. I almost did not except it. I don't feel it was your fault, it was the post office. I feel you should know this as if I didn't except it would cost both of money."
