Cable doesn't work...doesn't properly fit into connection into computer either. I would return item but your company purposely makes it difficult to do so...and the fact of the matter that you DON"T provide complete REFUNDS for product that DOESN"T WORK and provide RMA labels is absoluetly absurd. people that have refered this site to me I will make sure that know how bad your site truly is. Now i know why alll your stuff is so CHEAP!!!! Bottom line is that the cable that your company sent me doesn't work and I should be provided a FULL REFUND and a label to send back to you if your company would want this cable back....any other reputable company would do so.
