Email Notifications and SpamMany of our ORDER NOTIFICATION and PROMOTION emails from common carriers like GMAIL, YAHOO, MSN, AOL, and COMCAST end up in people's SPAM or JUNK folders. Unless you specifically identify such emails from use as NOT spam, then such notifications will continue to end up in such folders.
For customers that use GMAIL accounts, login to your GMAIL account and navigate to your SPAM folder by clicking the MORE menu selection on the LEFT navigation menu. Click SPAM. Locate any emails from My Cable Mart, and click the checkbox beside the email, and click the NOT SPAM button. This will move the email to your IN-BOX and prevent future emails from being identified as SPAM:
