“This was a unique order. I called in to change the sizing of my original order and the call was answered (by a human) the first time. I believe his name was Rick, and was instructed that the best way to handle it was to simply cancel and reorder. He cancelled and I reordered at about 11:00 am. At 1;26 I received a shipping notice. Rick stayed on the order and had it processed immediately! Look, the order was nothing sizable, but the customer service went beyond current day expectations by about 1000 percent! Keep it up! I’ll look to your co first for future needs.”

“This recent purchase (cat8 ethernet, Elite 48Gbs 8k) was only for the cabling needs of a couple small projects and was based on my satisfaction of years of outstanding performance of cables from a previous purchase. Their cable specifications, materials and features will stand-up to those costing twice as much or more. I discovered My Cable Mart about twelve years ago when I was cabling up a new home theater system consisting of a 3D plasma tv, turntable, receiver, amplifier, power conditioner and multiple BluRay / DVD players. There were numerous, various types of cables purchased (e.g., HDMI, Toslink optical audio, ethernet, bulk 14 ga. speaker cable). I always purchase the latest class of ethernet cables to avoid any data throughput issues and by purchasing the Elite line of 18Gbs HDMI cables then, I future proofed my capabilities and currently have plenty of bandwidth to support the now more common needs of 4K. I believe that too much bandwidth is optimal. My Cable Mart will always be my go to source for all of my future cable needs and should be yours too.”
