I believe his name was Rick, and was instructed that the best way to handle it was to simply cancel and reorder. He cancelled and I reordered at about 11:00 am. At 1;26 I received a shipping notice. Rick stayed on the order and had it processed immediately! Look, the order was nothing sizable, but the customer service went beyond current day expectations by about 1000 percent! Keep it up!
