“This recent purchase (cat8 ethernet, Elite 48Gbs 8k) was only for the cabling needs of a couple small projects and was based on my satisfaction of years of outstanding performance of cables from a previous purchase. Their cable specifications, materials and features will stand-up to those costing twice as much or more. I discovered My Cable Mart about twelve years ago when I was cabling up a new home theater system consisting of a 3D plasma tv, turntable, receiver, amplifier, power conditioner and multiple BluRay / DVD players. There were numerous, various types of cables purchased (e.g., HDMI, Toslink optical audio, ethernet, bulk 14 ga. speaker cable). I always purchase the latest class of ethernet cables to avoid any data throughput issues and by purchasing the Elite line of 18Gbs HDMI cables then, I future proofed my capabilities and currently have plenty of bandwidth to support the now more common needs of 4K.
