“This was a unique order. I called in to change the sizing of my original order and the call was answered (by a human) the first time. I believe his name was Rick, and was instructed that the best way to handle it was to simply cancel and reorder. He cancelled and I reordered at about 11:00 am. At 1;26 I received a shipping notice. Rick stayed on the order and had it processed immediately! Look, the order was nothing sizable, but the customer service went beyond current day expectations by about 1000 percent! Keep it up! “This product did exactly what it was designed to. It converted the CTIA jack on an Intel based laptop to the OMTP wiring.standard; reversing the second ground ring with the mic sleeve. Now the sleeve is ground to match pro grade audio gear, and the second ring is for the mic. For TRS wiring gear to work on TRRS plugs, jacks and cables; another adapter is required.”
