Installation Note: The coupling of two HDMI cables of thinner wire gauge (ie AWG) to create a LONGER length HDMI cable can sometimes result in signal loss. For example, the coupling of 2 15ft 28AWG cables together to form a 30ft total length using a coupler will most likely NOT be successful. However, using a coupler to add a 3ft HDMI cable to an already thick gauge HDMI cable is likely to produce acceptable results.
