Shipping Outside USA and Canada

My Cable Mart ships daily packages to all USA states, and their possessions - as well as to Canada via UPS and USPS (post office).  In addition, we ship to 33 countries outside of the USA.

The USA has export and customs restrictions that prohibits us from exporting certain products to certain countries. In addition, UPS and USPS may not offer secure services to certain countries. Some countries are on lists maintained by both UPS and USPS that are defined as "minor risk" countries.  Other countries are listed as "high risk" countries for both fraud and package theft and simply are not listed. 

If your country is NOT listed below, but want us to add your country for package shipment, please contact us and we will determine if either UPS or USPS can securely ship to your country.

For countries that are deemed as a "minor risk" country, we DO ship to these countries, but can accept payment by PayPal only.  If you have a PayPal account that is "verified", we will immediately ship your order.  If your PayPal account is NEW, it may be listed as "unverified".  PayPal then requires us to hold this shipment for 1 business day (24 hours) while they can attempt to verify such account.  See PayPal for information on getting your account verified.
