Note: All Returns require that you obtain an RMA prior to
you returning ANY product, regardless of the reason. All products
must include any packaging, decals, etc. Product that shows
physicals signs of damage outside of its normal use will not be eligible
for returns. Please send us an email and let us know the reason
for the return, along with the order number if known.
If you need to return something that is
the wrong length, or otherwise incorrectly ordered, place a NEW order
on-line for your correct product, and also send us a return request to:
Existing/Shipped Order Inquiries All orders, if all items are in stock at the time of placing such
order, are shipped out "same day". Please see our
shipping schedule and cut-off times.
You can also log into your account and
check the status of a particular order. Remember, the USPS will
not show ANY tracking information until the order is
physically delivered, or if there is an issue with the destination
delivery address. If your order status indicates "shipped", or if
you have received an email stating your order has been shipped, trust us
- it HAS been shipped.
