While you can REQUEST (without charge) in our shipping notes "No Signature Required", UPS is not obliged to adhere to shipping request notes or suggestions. However, UPS allows us to select a shipping option called "SHIPPER RELEASE".

This SHIPPER RELEASE option should only be selected if you want, and absolutely request, that UPS leave your package at the destination address. UPS will then leave your package - even if in an UNSECURE area, an apartment, or any otherwise undesirable location.

SHIPPER RELEASE is ONLY a valid option for USA delivery destinations.
