Create your own custom D-Series type wall-plate with our professional white PVC 4 hole receiving plate. "D" Series connectors and plates follow a standard established by Neutrik(TM) for panel-mounting various professional audio/video connectors into a precise 23.8mm hole, and provide for holes to insert 2 nuts and bolts per connector. 4 threaded bolts to mount to electrical box, and 4 short white-head screws to mount to D-series frame included. 8 bolt/nuts needed to attach your D-series connector are NOT included with this kits and are sold separately.
