Warehouse Fulfillment and Audio/Video Specialist - FULL TIME MON-FRI

**$1000 signing bonus**

My Cable Mart is looking for a WAREHOUSE ORDER FULFILLMENT (Order Picker), and ideally someone who has Consumer AUDIO/VIDEO skills. You will have previous experience assisting customers with selecting appropriate consumer home theatre products. Shared duties with include handling warehouse organization, cycle counting, daily order picking and packing, and overseas shipping container receiving/verification. Work in a fun and casual dress AIR CONDITIONED warehouse making top dollar for our exciting eCommerce company in the SW Twin Cities metro area (Hwy 62 at I-494).

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Assisting consumers in supporting and pre-sales support for home theatre goods, such as cabling, converters, TV Mounts, etc.
• Assist with unloading, receiving, and verification of container shipments
• Operating a forklift
• Performing cycle counts, pallet and warehouse location verifications accurately
• Keeping warehouse organized and clean
• Picking, packing, and processing of small (and pallet size) shipments for outbound delivery
• Accurate recording of inventory related activities as they related to cycle counts, inventory location maintenance, etc
• Use of EXCEL, OUTLOOK, and web-based software (basic knowledge)

HOURS:

• Monday to Friday, first-shift daytime hours, FULL-TIME
• Hours somewhat flexible: Currently 8am to 4:30pm
• Position available immediately

THE PERSON WE WILL HIRE:

• Previous experience working in a medium-size warehouse (12,000ft)
• Some knowledge in consumer audio/video products
• Forklift experience preferred, not required
• Organization skills, computer skills a MUST
• High School or GED graduate.

• Windows 10, Minor Spreadsheet and Web Browser Use
• 100% Proficiency in English (verbally and written)
• You must be energetic, and enjoy working in a fast paced (sometimes stressful!) environment.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly, up to 75 lbs occasionally

* - Earn up to $2.96+ per hour ADDITIONAL to your based wage in quarter bonuses.
