Recently I place and order to buy cables
and electrical items to install my hd tv at my home. I ordered over
125.00 dollars worth of cables and electrical items that would have cost
me over 300.00 locally. My items showed up in about one week and
everything that I ordered was there. I wrote to you company and
suggested that perhaps you carry an electrical item (wallplate: single
gang, low voltage, existing construction) that I did have to purchase
locally explaining that it would have made my order and installation
complete. I exchanged emails with someone in sales or maybe even the

Actually, contrary to the statement in your

The cables I ordered are super, they work just
perfect with my Samsung 46" LCD TV and home theater. And as many

I ordered several cables from My Cable
Mart. I received them in a very timely fashion via USPS. In fact, faster
in my opinion than I would have via UPS. No, I didn't run a frequency
test on the cable but they're great-looking, high-quality cables that
appear to yield an excellent to superior result. I was "shorted" one
cable somehow. However, when I called, I got great customer service,
with a promise that since it should have shipped but didn't that they'd
ship it at their expense - overnight - in order to meet my cable pull
deadline. How great is that?
A few companies - only a few - still "get it" - that in scenarios
like this you can win a customer for life, even if you make a bobble.

Would just like to compliment your organization. Any consumer in today's market that is contemplating purchasing the
newest audio or video equipment is in a situation whereby they could
be seriously compromised. A simple example, is John Doe walks into
Best Buy and purchases a top of the line hdmi dvd player. John is
thrilled that his unit was on sale for a $100 dollars. A 35%
savings. Now of course as we all know most of these units do not
come with the hdmi cable. So the salesman says not to worry we sell
the best hdmi connectors out there, BINGO ! Poor john get's royally
shafted. $150.00 for the monster cable. Total price before John
get's out of there in one piece - $250.00.

retail store in my area to buy a HDMI cable for my HD Plasma….I couldn’t
believe what they were charging…$70 for (1) HDMI cable. I left the store

I have received
your cables (1 toslink and 1 DVI to HDMI) and find them most
satisfactory.
Nobody needs to
pay Monster cable prices (for simple cosmetic enhancements) when
your products can be found at a fraction of the price and still do
the exact same thing with equal audio or video quality.
After I hooked
up your basic HDMI to DVI cable, I recognized an immediate increase
in video quality on my Sharp LCD HDTV. Likewise, the toslink cable
you sold me provides better audio signal between my DVD player and
